My name is Dr. Eric Chatterley, and I’ve had the privilege of practicing dentistry for more than a decade—ten of those years as the owner of a private practice. Running a practice taught me that ownership is both deeply rewarding and full of challenges. The relationships I built with my patients and team felt like an extension of family, and the principles that guided me then—gratitude, integrity, dedication, and compassion—remain at the core of everything I do.
After selling my practice, I felt drawn to make a broader difference in the dental profession by helping other doctors succeed in ownership. That passion led me to establish CTC Pathways, a coaching and mentorship company designed to support new practice owners during one of the most critical stages of their careers. While many consulting groups rely on generic frameworks, our approach is highly personal. We work closely with each dentist to provide encouragement, practical strategies, and insights shaped by real-world experience—all tailored to their individual goals and practice vision. I understand how overwhelming the journey can feel, but I also know it becomes incredibly rewarding when the right culture, leadership, and support system are in place. My mission is to walk beside dentists and help them thrive not only in their practice but in their personal lives as well.
Outside of coaching, I spend most of my time with my wife, Candice, our five children, our son-in-law, and our two dogs, Copper and Chip. Family is at the center of my life. I also enjoy being outdoors, serving in my church, and mentoring youth. Whether at home, in my community, or within the dental profession, my greatest joy comes from serving others.
